Frequently asked questions

Everything you might want to know about Wajib AI.

Is Wajib AI a budgeting app?

No. Wajib focuses only on your financial obligations — what you owe and when. It does not track income, balances, or net worth, which keeps it simple and focused.

How much does Wajib AI cost?

Wajib AI is free to download and use. Wajib Pro — which unlocks the AI assistant, document scanning, unlimited obligations, and advanced reports — is offered with a one-week free trial, then $4.99/month.

What can I track in Wajib AI?

Installments (apartment, car, and more), post-dated cheques, recurring payments such as rent and subscriptions, and contracts — each with due dates and progress.

Does Wajib AI access my bank account?

No. Wajib never connects to your bank and never sees your balances or card numbers. You enter the obligations you want to track.

How do the reminders work?

You choose how early you want to be alerted before each due date. Wajib sends a notification in time so you can act, and you can snooze or mark items as paid.

What does the AI assistant do?

It answers plain-language questions about your obligations — like what's due this month or what you owe a specific party — using only your own data. It does not give financial advice.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit. You can delete any obligation, or delete your entire account and data at any time from Settings or via our website.

Which devices are supported?

Wajib AI is available for Android and iOS phones.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play or Apple account; you keep Pro features until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion at wajib.ai/delete-account. This permanently removes your data.
